9th Asia-Pacific Conference of Young Scientists

The 9th Asia-Pacific Conference of Young Scientists (APCYS) was held virtually with students from 19 countries participating in this online conference. The conference was hosted by Parahyangan Catholic University and Center for Young Scientists Indonesia, and aims to promote and foster the atmosphere of scientific research amongst secondary school students in the Asia-Pacific region by providing opportunities to share their research findings.

Students were required to submit an extended abstract, a scientific poster, and an oral presentation video of their research projects. Categories included physics, mathematics, computer science, environmental sciences and life sciences.

The winners of the best of research project and scientific posters were announced at the virtual Awarding Ceremony on November 7, 2020.
