St. John’s School marked its 60th anniversary with an exuberant celebration on Saturday, October 15th at the Dale J. Jenkins Gymnasium. The theme of the evening was Starry Knights.
The event kicked off with the St. John’s Faculty and Alumni Band jamming to hits from the 60s, followed by a welcome speech from Ms. Patricia Bennett, Head of School. The evening continued with more live performances from students, alumni, and parents. Moreover, raffle prizes were up for grabs, and attendees had the opportunity to bid for student artwork at the silent auction.
Over 250 guests, including SJS alumni, parents, faculty and staff, board of trustees and community members, gathered to celebrate this significant milestone for the school.
All proceeds from the evening will go towards scholarships for Guam students with the potential to shine at St. John’s School.
Assistant Heads of School, Ms. Michelle Untalan and Mr. Bob Kelley wrapped up the event by thanking everyone who attended and contributed to the evening’s success.
A big thank you to the many supporters who made this celebration a huge success!
